1. Deadlines work well
2. Remove the references and the appendix from files before asking MyDropBox to scan the text. Particularly if the appendix is the reproduction of the coding of another file
3. Big hello to anyone who reviewed that paper, and did a quick google to find the author. Hey there! It’s okay, DEST only requires one-way blind review, not double blind
