I’ll be going, and I’ll be raising
- my opposition to the web filter and the new presumption of guilt mandatory data retention proposal
- my disappointment in the ALP’s unwillingness to be a progressive force in equity, equality, immigration and social justice
- dissapproval of the ALP’s race-to-the-bottom strategy on asylum seekers, immigration and our international obligations to be a decent civilisation
Anything else that people who can’t make the event would like raised? The new candidate for Fraser will be present (Andrew Leigh), so if anyone has a pocketful of economic rationalisations to support these issues, I’d love to have those at the handy for the meeting.
